Sounds like you had fun. I wish I was there. I think that there are a lot of bad web sites out there that are created by an amateur, there are also a lot of bad web site that are created by a professional. I would agree with you that if its so horrible – don’t have one at all. But I think its a case by case judgment.

I agree with your thought regarding “doing it their way”. Times have changed, and are rapidly changing (especially with all the web development). If a company does not offer creative content for their prospects/clients, they are not staying current.
Do you have any hints regarding multimedia presentations for web or sales?
This is a great event. Last year the event had over 600 people that came out to the conference. DIF Design had the honor to assist with this year’s conference web site and the program guide design. Make sure you check out the event and consider attending.
Great post, thank you. I have found my self a few times breaking those rules. The hardest one for me was to click “reply all”. Now I realize that some times “reply all” could mean being accountable and inlcluding others. All these rules are a bit funny considering that the email was invented for non formal use. The same thing is happening now with all the social media. Many people have not yet learned what is proper when it comes to Facebook and Twitter.
Thanks, Jeanne. Just downloaded the e-book.
